Garmin GNS 480 (Apollo CNX80) GF S / WAAS / NAV / Com with Tray and Connectors.  P/N 430-610-800-002.  Database Card 138-0329-053NDB.  S/N 6064196.  Sent to avionics shop March 2021 tested working.  LH knob is missing external covering but functions well. Please see pics.
